Up to Rs 40,000 off on the Renault Triber this month

  • Benefits of Rs 40,000 include exchange and loyalty bonus, as well as a corporate discount.

  • Finance schemes on offer with the Triber as well.

For the month of May, Renault is offering benefits of up to Rs 40,000 on the purchase of a brand-new Triber 7-seater. The offer can be availed through the manufacturer’s website or via select dealerships that have restarted operations in the country.

The overall benefits on the Triber include a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and a Rs 10,000 loyalty bonus. On top of this, Renault is also offering an additional Rs 10,000 discount in the form of a bonus for selected corporates, as well as for farmers, gram panchayat members, among other.

Renault is also offering certain finance schemes with the Triber this month. The 7-seater can be had with a special 8.99 percent rate of interest and an EMI holiday programme, which enables buyers to start paying EMIs only after three months from the car’s purchase.

Powering the Triber is a BS6-compliant, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine that puts out 72hp and 96Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual is the only gearbox on offer with the Triber, for now.

Renault is in the process of launching the AMT-equipped Triber in the coming weeks. The automatic version will be sold in three trim levels – RxL, RxT and RxZ – and is expected to cost Rs 50,000 more than the manual versions. Following the launch of the AMT, Renault is also readying a turbo-petrol iteration of the Triber that will be powered by a new 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol HR10 engine that makes 95hp.
